Communication
Let's talk about talking!

We would think that knowing a language is sufficient for successful communication. But it turns out that this is not quite the case. It is possible to communicate well without knowing the language, and communication can go wrong even if we share the same native language.

Communication can be is especially challenging when I try getting out of my autistic son where he put the car keys, or I attempt to interpret my colleague's confusing, unpunctuated e-mail. And communication may be super easy with friends with whom it is enough to catch their eye to know what they are thinking.

If you regularly find yourself in situations where the message goes wrong, you can't make yourself understood at all, or you have no idea what the other person really wants, then it is worth thinking about the hidden messages, the underlying goals, the motivations that can drive you and your conversation partner. Let's talk better, smarter!

Franciska is a true role model both professionally and personally. As a multi-faceted professional, she approaches others with exceptional sensitivity and insight – she always sees exactly where help is needed. Her energy, motivation and solution-oriented attitude are inspiring to all of us. For her colleagues, she is a reliable, open and supportive partner who approaches any situation logically, yet always with humanity. Her communication is effective and understanding, whether it is professional consultation or individual support. Franciska is exemplary not only as a professional, but also as a mother. She raises her son with autism with endless patience and love, but at the same time extremely consciously: she takes into account his individual abilities and supports him as optimally as possible on the path to independence. She participates in the work of the “Music is for Everyone” Association (A zene mindenkié Egyesület) as an active board member, where she contributes a lot to the progress of the Association with her creative ideas, positive attitude and unwavering commitment. It is a pleasure to work with her – her work and presence represent real value.

I highly recommend Franciska, with her positive vibe, sincere interest, openness, purposeful questions and attentive listening she can show you a way to solve your problems. She does this in a way that doesn't make you anxious, you always learn something new about yourself, and you figure out for yourself what the best path is for you.
