Conflict Management
How should I say this?
Services
Some people hate it. Some people love it. Some people do everything they can to avoid it, others make one even where there wasn’t one before. One thing is for sure, conflicts will always happen: at home, at work, on the bus, or while waiting in a queue in a shop. Everywhere where there are expectations, conflicts of interest, different needs or values.
It’s important to recognize when to take the gloves off and when to walk away. All this in the most adult-ish way possible, constructively, representing our own interests, but not walking all over the other.
It’s not easy, but the good news is that you can practise this and can get to a point where your heart rate only increases a little before and during a more stressful situation.
